Jacking Up the 'Expat Price'

A lot of people in Malaysia (and in the rest of the world, actually) have been taking advantage of expats by jacking up the prices of their properties for sale to levels that only someone ignorant of the price levels in the country will take.

Not only is it abusing, it's insulting, too, because these people think expats do not do their research. Well, they do, and they know the current prices.
